This list includes some of my favorite lenders I have worked with over the years and used personally. I am sharing their names and numbers with you only because I know and trust them to help you achieve a positive result in the purchase of your home. However this is only a starting point. Perhaps a friend or associate of yours has had experience with great lenders; they too are a good source of information. You should conduct your own independent investigation and draw your own conclusions.
As you would do with any other person you would hire on your behalf, you should call several lenders and gather information about how they can best be of service to you.
This is a very important aspect of your decision making process in home buying and it should be carefully thought out.

Perhaps a friend or associate of yours has had experience with inspectors. They too, are a good source of information. You should conduct your own independent investigation of home inspection companies, and draw your own conclusions.
As you would do with any other person you would hire on your behalf, you should call several companies and ask them what the scope of their service will include. Do they have liability, errors, and omissions insurance? Would they require you to sign an agreement limiting their liability, and if so, what is the liability limit to which you must agree?
